How to Print an Excel Document Into One Page So It Doesn't Cut Off Microsoft Excel 2010

Creating an excel document that has a lot of data will cause some parts to be truncated.

If the orientation type of the excel document is portrait, it can still be nice to see and read the data, but if the orientation type of the excel document is landscape and has many columns, it will be very unfortunate if it is truncated.

In general, the paper sizes are A4, A5, Letter, Legal. etc we can map the data to match the paper size that we will use for printing.

Here’s how to print an excel document into one page so it doesn’t get cut off:

First we can use the Set Print Area, we can find the Microsoft Excel feature on the page layout section of the next print area.

Second, we can take advantage of the Print (Microsoft Excel 2010) custom scaling feature

The image above has not applied the print area set, I will just print the excel document immediately, in that view it can be seen that the document is cut off in the landscape position and only 4 columns are perfect and 1 column is cut off, the original has 6 columns.

So that it doesn’t get cut off, we can adjust the scale on the costume scaling feature, select Fit All Columns on one Page

document after setting no code

Sorry in advance if the preview image is not clear. If you click zoom to page, the preview of the excel document will display the number of columns that are 6 columns.

This happens after we set the custom scaling to Fit All Columns on One Page. After we finish setting the custom scaling we just print out our excel document.

That’s my review of how to print an excel document into one page so it doesn’t get cut off. Hope it can help friends, Thank you
